Mr. Koerner’s office is located on the west side of Lake Union right on the lake. His office is easily accessible via I-5, and from Aurora Avenue.

From I5 north or I5 south take the Mercer Street Exit 167 towards Seattle Center. Take a right on Fairview and a left at Valley. Move into the far right lane and take a right at Westlake Avenue North in about 2 blocks. The office is 1 mile north on the right.

From Aurora northbound, take the Seneca Street exit. Turn left at 1st Avenue South. Turn right at the 3rd cross street onto Virginia Street. Turn left at Westlake Avenue. The office is 1.5 miles on the right.

From Aurora Avenue southbound, take a right at Dexter Avenue just south if the Aurora Bridge. Take a left at Garfield. Take a right at 8th. Take a left at Westlake Avenue North. The office is on the right about 2 blocks.
